Cancellation Policy

Comfort Appliance Cancellation Policy all appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment time. It is the customer’s responsibility to receive confirmation, time, and date of cancellation. After the booking an appointment we will send back to customers the appointment confirmation by E-mail or Text.

If cancelling after hours, please leave a detailed message (name, address, and time of appointment) if appointment was booked on the same day, minimum cancellation time is 3 hours prior to appointment time. Should these measures to cancel an appointment not be taken, the cost of the dispatch fee ($60+Tax) will be charged. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.

​Please understand we will need to see the appliance/unit to give a reasonable/accurate repair estimate before any repairs are agreed upon. After diagnosing the unit and finding the cause of the problem. The Technician will advised customer the next procedure or steps and provide an accurate cost to do repair of the malfunctioning appliance. The cost involves Expert Appliance Technicians labor cost and parts cost if part or parts required to complete the repairs.  ​

What is Supply & Install?

This supply and install quote, requested by the customer has No warranty because it was not diagnosed by our technician’s; as such we cannot guarantee the part ordered will solve the problem with your appliance. The part(s) is/are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once ordered. Comfort Appliance service & installation cannot assume responsibility on the repair of the appliance for a supply & install quote as they are requested by the customer and payment needs to be paid in full in advance.

Comfort Appliance recommends that you request a technician to your premises to evaluate the problem with your appliance prior to making a purchase for parts. This ensures you save time and money.


We offer repairs for appliances out of their manufacturer`s guarantee. If your appliance is in guarantee contact your manufacturer. We use manufacturer or manufactures approved engineers where possible. All product names,logos,trademarks,registered trademarks and brands are property of their respective owners.
